Green Oaks Academy
Dictionary Project
Each year the Palo Alto Rotary distributes over 250 hardback illustrated dictionaries to 2nd graders at the Green Oaks Academy in nearby East Palo Alto. Students are given these colorful dictionaries to take home and enrich their lives for years to come.

Look at all of those smiling faces! "Peel and stick the Name Plate on the inside front cover of your dictionary, and write your name on it. These dictionaries are yours to take home."
Thank You to Principal Elyse Belanger, Teachers, Office Statff, and Green Oaks Academy Students for hosting our volunteers!
