Administration - Scott Glissmeyer

Ensures that each meeting has outstanding speakers who are introduced at the meeting and sent post-meeting thanks

Responsible for building a solid base of new members each year and integrating them into the club.

Club Operations - Tom Gracon  Big Game Exchange:  Steve Player,  Bill Busse

Handles the annual Big Game Exchange with the Berkeley Club.

Digital Futures/Website - Bruce Gee, E.J. Hong, Ralph Adams, Bob McCowan, Art Stauffer, Jim Sutherland, Mike McMahon, Joyce Cusick
Maintains and improves our new web site.

Greeters - Mike Couch  (Duane Kalar, Inge Angiletta, Pam Brandin, Bill Busse, David Negrin, Lou Kavanau, Dick Freeman, Laurie Liston, Iris Korol)
Greets members and visitors before meetings.

Meeting Set-up  - Steve Madsen
Sets up the meeting room on Monday and handles the audio visuals.

Sergeant-at-Arms - Lou Kavanau
Sets up the meeting room on Mondays, which includes posting rosters for member sign-ins for attendance; and handles the audio visuals.  Collects and accounts for fines and President's Club donations.
 
Club Service – Tom Gracon

Opening Remarks - Len Ely, Karen Singer
Coordinates the 2 – 4 minute member remarks at each meeting’s opening.

Social Events -  Gloira Hom  (Iris Korol, and Joyce Cusick)
Plans and executes the Club Social events for the year.

We Care -  Bill Busse, Dick Freeman, Dave Smullin
Coordinates the Club’s response in the event of a member’s/spouse’s serious illness, difficult circumstances, or death.

Cashiers - Dana Tom, ( Gail Hilstrom, Barb Mitchell, Laurie Liston)
Handles lunch sales at Monday meetings

Community Service

Charitable Gifts - Bill Johnson, ( Lou Kavanau, Ralph Adams, Dick Freeman, George Fitzgerald, Leannah Hunt, Martha Kanter, David Negrin, George Newton, Iris Korol, Marcie Cox)
Solicits, evaluates and makes recommendations to the Board for our charitable community grants.

Vocational Scholarships -  Sally Tomlinson, Bruce Swenson, Caleb Bowman, Dana Tom, David Negrin, Don Langendorf, Ed Dangler, Jack Dorgan, Julie Jerome
Publicizes opportunities, evaluates candidates and awards scholarships to those seeking a vocational education at our local community colleges.

Pick a Project  -  Mike Couch 

Sponsors various small projects, primarily with community schools and non profit organizations, involving individual Rotarians dedicating their time and expertise to help improve literacy with children and adults.

Community Service and Communictions – TBA

Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts - Jim Sutherland

Provide liaison to the troops that are sponsored by the Club.

Hands on/Sleeves Up - Brian Steen

Plans and executes one or two hands-on community work days each year.

Publicity - Daryl Savage, (Hersh Davis)
Obtains media coverage for events that are of interest to the wider community.

Pinion - Lyle Connell and Nick Nichols, Le Levy, Bill Busse, David Negrin, Brian Steen, David Blitz, Geoff Ziman, and Joyce Cusick
Makes sure that a Pinion is written, composed and distributed each meeting.

International Service -  Steve Emslie

Ambassadorial Scholarships - (Nancy Peters,  George Wheaton, David Negrin, Bob McCowan)
Outgoing:  Solicits and evaluates applications for international scholarships awarded by Rotary Int.  Incoming:  Assists and mentors recipients coming to our area.

Friendship Exchange -  TBA (Betsy Bechtel, George Fitzgerald)
Organizes and encourages exchange visits with Rotarians from other clubs: usually involves staying in homes of Rotarians.

Group Study Exchange - (Betsy Bechtel, George Fitzgerald)
Outgoing: Solicits applications and recommends candidates: Incoming:  Arranges host families, company visits and programs for visiting teams.

International Hands On/Sleeves Up -  TBA, ( Mike Couch, George Wheaton, Annette Glanckopf, Walt Hays, Art Stauffer)
Plans and directs annual international community activity.

World Community Service -   Walt Hays, (Ruth Schneider, Le Levy,

George Wheaton, Geoff Ziman, Mike McMahon, Dan Quinn, Rob Lancefield, Mike Couch)
Selects and monitors our participation in international community service projects.  Applies for District matching grants and coordinates projects with other Clubs.

Youth/Vocational Service  - Board Member: TBA

Camp RYLA - Mike Couch

Selects campers for the Rotary Youth Leadership Training Camp held each spring.

Interact/YCS - Mike Couch
Assists students at Gunn High School in planning and implementing service activities.

Rotaract -  Peter Guentermann
Attends monthly Stanford/P.A. Rotaract meetings as an advisor/ liaison with our Club.

Vocational Shadowing -  TBA

Arranges student visits to Rotarian places of business.

Vocational Visits - TBA
Arranges membership visits to Rotarian businesses/community areas of interest.

Youth Community Service - Walt Hays, David Negrin
Supports community YCS clubs in local, middle and high schools.
